**Job Summary:**
TLC Janitorial, a family-owned professional cleaning company, is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner to join their team in Wrentham, MA. The company prides itself on providing the best training and creating a positive work environment for its employees.
**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain high standards of cleaning quality
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Clean various buildings such as offices, restrooms, kitchens, warehouses, and medical facilities efficiently
- Report any issues encountered during shifts
- Train new and current employees on proper cleaning methods
**Qualifications:**
- Must have reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- 3+ years of cleaning experience preferred
- Experience with floor care and carpet maintenance is advantageous
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a motor vehicle check
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Successful completion of a background check required
- Proficient in English communication
- Attention to detail is essential
